This is a new tool to the industry. Do you offer training?
Yes! We have a variety of consultation and training options available. From techniques for actual tree removal and saw maintenance to safety and ground spotter techniques we have the ability to train a competent staff to be successful and teach what we've learned working for some of the largest Utilities in the country.
How much does it cost for training?
The cost of a consultation will vary depending on the specific case. We will provide you with an estimate after your initial consultation.
If something breaks or wears out, will I be able to get parts for it?
Yes. We are a Certified Kohler Engines Original Equipment Manufacturer, and we stock as many spare engines as we can. We are also a certified Oregon Products dealer and have a large quantity of saw bars and chains in inventory. We also stock other common parts as well.
Will you sell to Helicopter Operators in other country's?
Yes! We are a U.S. based company, but we have already completed international transactions with some of our great customers. We love seeing our products being used around the globe!
Do you make anything else besides the Aerial Grapple Saw?
We are working on developing and patenting a few other devices before we are ready to sell to the public. Customers that purchase an Aerial Grapple Saw will be offered the opportunity to purchase our future products first before we offer them to the public.
